Yes, it is that time again, the Humpback Whales are leaving our bay and heading for the frigid waters that only they (and some seals and salmon) seem to enjoy in the summer months. But all of you who had the opportunity to see these magnificent creatures this winter in Puerto Vallarta will agree that even a few hours amidst the Humpback Whales is a thrill of a lifetime. This fantastic photo was taken by our fly-fishing expert, Carl Hoffman. What a rare site, a male and female with totally different colors diving together. If we were to have a contest for the best angler's photos then Carl would be the unanimous winner.
